    Such an important topic 👏 presented with command and perfectly backed by data.. and absolutely bang on when you talk about the decisions people make for women.

    D&I initiatives in India is at a very nave stage and need to be spearheaded.
    Leadership role is of utmost importance to build diverse workforce at all levels; especially at blue collar level.

    What a BS!
    Stereotypes? Let’s make fathers breastfeed! Mother is a mother and that shouldn’t be underestimated.
    Today all the LGBTQA getting way more consideration than needed.
    You say that if you would hire equally men and women than you would have 50/50? So why HR departments are almost exclusively consist of women? Men and women ARE different. Men generally speaking are attracted to things and women are generally attracted to relations.
    Another important point about diversity- the fact that two persons look different doesn’t mean they think differently. Diversity isn’t actionable you cannot set it as a goal and there is no benefit in it
