    I am so thankful you shared this. ☺️ watching this brought so much calm in and settled my nervous system down loads. I too felt the very same when I wat he'd Anne's version. So ridged and didn't feel much emotion attached. Yours is so different on how you present it. I am looking forward to more of your videos. Let thy healing and transformation begin 🥰

    Thankyou so much for this ❤ i loved your interview on ralens channel too it was sooo inspiring ❤️ can i ask (as ive done a brain retraining course but it was Lightning Process rather than dnrs) -you mention at the start of your example when u talk to yourself /your brain that it was stuck in the past/dysfunctional and creating these symptoms - its different take to what the lightning process teaches as they tend to encourage u to be very careful with your language and what you are saying at all times really and NOT to talk about/mention or focus on the symptoms or negative past experience atall-not to pretend like it never happened but more as a way to not keep firing those pathways(well thats my understanding, altho i do sometimes feel like its the elephant in the room when im tryingto do retrainingand really duing a roughday) so really interesting that dnrs or atleast your example is actually like saying "hey this happened/is happening and is creating these really uncomfortable, restricting horrible sensations etc so like acknowledging it)i was wondering do u think thats a important part to the "rounds" actually acknowledgement of it ,saying it out loud, even mentioning the symptoms at the start? Atleast for you and your experience ?
    ❤💕🙏 really hope this question makes sense haha bit hard to explain but its quite a different approach (altho the encouraging coach part and taking yourself back or fowards to visualization parts are prob quite similar )xx
    Im just looking for ways to make the practice work for me

    This was great Vanessa and a nice re-fresher as I did DNRS back in 2018. Just finished P. Trust in May...Looking forward to starting some coaching with you when a space becomes available...Hopefully in Aug as I have some other things on my plate as this time :)

    Hi, I am Arun from Bangkok. I love this TH-cam. Gupta program is too complicated for me. DNRS, doing round was tough and now instead of stop , I use relax relax and calm calm and it feels really much much better. I have so many conditions and tried so many things also when ever I take supplements and put anything on my skin. I feel sensitive and anxious ( have many other conditions too). Doing round helps but I am not getting through. Any one with this. I love what you are posting and thank you for doing it. Sorry , my English is not good.

    Did u do the whole routine every time you had a sensation or just the stop part and tell Limbyy to calm down? How long were your visualisations and how many times a day did u do the
    Whole thing? I k we are all different but curious. Tia

    • @yourgratefulguide
      @yourgratefulguide  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      So glad you found this helpful 🙌🏻 I started to experiment with just future rounds, or just a past round after about a year, many of the symptoms had subsided and I didn’t want to be so rigid. The whole point is to get that DOSE chemistry going, so for me it didn’t really matter how I was getting it. (Past or future) have fun with it!

      Hello there, I’m so sorry that you are struggling with that. It’s really hard to say, sometimes it’s a matter of finding a program that resonates with you, and sometimes it’s a matter of tweaking the program to meet your needs, or other factors like consistency and application at play.

    I wish this video had had an explanation at the beginning of what this is because she talks like we already known what any of this is and I have no idea what’s going on. It was in my recommendations.

    • @yourgratefulguide
      @yourgratefulguide  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi there, this video is specifically for people in a brain retraining program called DNRS. Rounds are a term used in brain retraining, and consists of a pattern interrupt, talk down and visualization. This was a n example of how to start one off.

    • @yourgratefulguide
      @yourgratefulguide  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s probably referring to the DNRS program. All programs work a little differently, but DNRS says one hour a day of rounds spaced out through the day.

    Did you do a round every time you felt a symptom? Since mine are 24.7 I would be in rounds all day long 🫣 would love to know what a day in the life of a retrainer looks like (that already healed!) :)

    • @yourgratefulguide
      @yourgratefulguide  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I did not. Because mine were also 24/7. I did what I could. That looked like a few rounds a day and doing my best with the other stuff (somatics/vagus nerve etc) My faith was also a big part of my healing so when I weaved them together it felt more complete for me.
