    I’m in the Primal Trust program it’s amazing. I wish the header here was not just limbic system. It’s misleading. This program is both top down AND bottom up and very different from other programs that are strictly focused on the limbic system.

    She has a great, long list of methods she's learned and uses, some of which I've heard of.
    I can relate to her list of health issues.
    I'd like to work with someone like her. I'm doing ok but not 100% better yet. My LLMD has been helpful over the years.
    I do feel that my brain isn't working like it used to. Something is different.

    I just recently found out about brain retraining in relation to chronic illness and sensitivities and only within the past few days have come across these types of interviews. I really resonated with so much of what Dr. King was saying and a couple things she mentioned - her give-back program and also ancestral healing - gave me chill bumps. I will definitely check out more of her work! Xoxoxo

      I just found about it also and ive been sick for 30 years, had lyme, mold, multiple major injuries, visual snow, tinitis, chronic fatigue, chemcial sensitivity etc.. so maybe I can get better now...

      Her program sounds wonderful. DNRS with Annie Hopper is also excellent. Annie was basically the one who started the brain retraining movement for chronic illness. Her program helped me dramatically so I thought I’d mention it for you. I’m also going to check this one out!

    So so glad to come across this. It may be a path forward for me. I’m constantly searching .Endlessly. It will have been worth it if I can find the bridge. Maybe this is it

    Was told about them but appear to be too far gone, how can I be such an anomaly, would be nice to be able to work 1:1 with someone but coaches don't do that anymore

    • @bc9086
      @bc9086 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I believe DNRS offers coaching. Possibly ANS Rewire as well but not positive

      Primal Trust has many mentors who do 1:1 coaching. Who also moderate an active forum. It’s a large and supportive community with incredible resources.

    how do you convince yr mind/brain that life is safe when you've had too many experiences that proves it isn't?

    • @Desihubbyvlogs

      I think it something that takes time. It can be done but you need coaching or professional help really. It’s not something that happens overnight from what I understand.

    Interviewer seems shut down energetically. His voice is low slow dull... .she's an example of someone clearly passionate, informative, full of Pranab. Sign me up for this !

    The interviewer needs some help. Too boring. Not enough engagement or good questions. Ask her if she still has to do this. What did she do. Where can ppl start.
