I give them Ibushi's Dragon elemental weapons - that is also ranged - I make my palamutes have blitz scroll so they attack frequently so that it helps me in dealing damage - Dogs attack more than palicos. With regards to Flash - Cancel Roar - You can also cancel the roar after the cannon ball merry go round ( but sometimes narwa does 1 or two attacks before it roars) After the wyvern shot - There are times that narwa would also roar - you can still cancel that with flash (the animation/wind up for the roar is easily noticeable and being LBG - you can quickly throw flash there)
Following your build at 1:58. I find I have 1 point in Ballistics, that comes from the Pukei-Pukei Bracers S, that I don't see listed in your with talisman build.
Aren't there supposed to be upcoming event quests? I really want there to be an Ibushi quest because I actually like the monster. Rampages are fun as well but I don't like having to do one every time I want to fight a specific monster.
With the new 2.0 updated they added new decos and had made everything so much flexible, managed to recreate his personal build without that godly spare 2 and 2 charm spot, missing one ammo up but honestly it's just as alright as it is imo. Thanks for the inspiration AngBata11!
Yeah I've tried this build too and I just can't get those times. Doing glaive the fastest I can get is 8ish minutes with some luck. Practice makes perfect I guess
My cats give me 4-6 additional loots. But I also get the point of bringing 2 dogs. I'll test it out and check which one I'll find more comfortable with. Thanks for this info.

I lucked out and got the level 2 spare shot charm when I wasn’t looking for it. I was farming for quick sheathe talismans and I never got the one I wanted but I did get a good spare shot charm with 3 1 slots and I got a constitution 3 charm with a 2 slot, great for bowguns and bow respectively. The desire sensor is real, the game didn’t give me the charm I wanted, but it gave me some decent charms for ranged weapons so I was able to put together a good set similar to yours where I can farm narwa more quickly

I had the opportunity to copy your exact set with the spare shot lvl2 + lvl2 gem slot. I had spareshot lvl2, carving pro + lvl2 lvl1 talisman. Mejo swerte lang ako ng konti hahahaha
So... get this... I never noticed ANY of the seige weapons till the end of my first fight and my first fight was like 30 mins long and I was using the HH solo... I was chasing narwa all over the place never once noticed the wyvern shot... never once noticed the damn dragonator... and the only thing that got me to notice them was accidentally standing in the right place at the right time when a cannon appeared in front of me and I audibly said... "I'm an idiot" to myself in the dark.
I hate to poke my head out with a target that says "stupid" on it, but I'm a bit confused. 0:52 He states that the gun is "Night Owl II," but only "Night Owl" is shown on screen, and in my game that's where the tree ends as well. So was the "II" a misspeak, or am I missing something? (I have completed every quest in the game to date, including the 7 star Tigrex he mentions a few seconds later.)

soooo Narwa’s lbg has THREE elemental pierce ammos with auto reload (ice, water, fire)... and elemental reload doesn’t effect the reload speed of auto reload...l i’m just gonna throw that out there

I do not understand how you beat it in sub 5. I have the same build and followed this guide to a T. Used every bit of slicing ammo I could carry when optimal and used the splitting wyvern shot/dragonator as they were released and other than that just pelted piercing 2 and it still took me 10 mins.
I’m not gonna lie, I have no idea how your getting sub 5 times. I’m using the same build, and looking at the damage numbers, their about the same, but I’m lucky to get sub 10 on a perfect run. Would love to be directed towards a full hunt video so I can understand the technique.

In hindsight, Ibushi must be thankful he's locked behind Rampages because he's not getting farmed/speed runned as hard as his waifu

Not in my game, I actually alternate back and forth between the two just to TRY and keep a little variety in there.

Should be using a HBG with slicing, charged dragon piercer to head when down. Easy it beat it under 6 mins every time.

Yeah, that's just the worst. The best thing I got so far in GU was a spirit 5 expert 9 2-slot charm. Still no tenderizer 6 3-slot charm for me
