  • Do you want to know how to lose belly fat without exercising? Yes you can absolutely do it. Here's how
Cut out refined carbohydrates - foods like crackers, chips, cereal, cookies, bread, and pizza. These types of carbs can dramatically dysregulate your blood sugar and insulin, which can make you hypoglycemic and further lead to carb and sugar cravings
Remove refined oil consumption as much as possible. These oils are found in most processed foods and are estrogenic, increase cortisol and suppress thyroid signaling which isn't good for your metabolism
Increase your protein consumption. Most people aren't consuming enough protein which decreases thyroid function - allowing your metabolism.
Consider trying grass-fed organ meats like beef liver. Eating a half ounce to an ounce of this a few times a week will provide tons of micronutrients like pre-formed vitamin A which is anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant. It also has large quantities of b vitamins which are critical for cellular Metabolism - the better your cells function, the better results you'll see
And give me a follow if you want to lose weight without counting calories

It is ridiculous that not one of these nutritionist tells people to stop eating in restaurants. Not cooking is fueling the metabolic pandemic. Cook your own food & then follow his good advice. @@copywriting.madmanwell, technically, because we’re forced into underfunded areas-there are more fast food and convenience stores in predominantly black areas. That includes less stores to buy whole foods and fresh produce from. Also, when we were enslaved we would eat pig guts, eyeballs, and whatever we could get left over from the livestock that the white families would eat. We’d make these fattening and hearty meals with virtually nothing. (And most of these meals were fried) “Soul food” came from the need for survival mixed with our pre-existing African customs. We needed the unorthodox parts of animals because we were underfed, but but BUT ... Those traditions never died and many of us within the black culture still eat these highly fattening foods even though there isn’t a need. Also, predominately black areas (since they are underfunded) typically don’t have the resources or access to proper health care, and therefore don’t understand the importance of a well varied, colorful diet. Black people with a higher socioeconomic status or in a predominantly white area are more likely to be a healthy weight and receive proper health care. Black and Latino people are 3x more likely to be overweight compared to their white counterparts. Black people are also more likely to suffer from sickle cell, diabetes, and high blood pressure. But simply due to education and culture. It has nothing to do with our actual genetics. It’s more attainable for white people to live a healthy lifestyle on average.

As a fellow rice eater, imo it can be eaten but in moderation. Can't get rid of that for long run if it is in ur culture. Keep the rice to minimal quantities nd increase the amount of protein and vegetables to be eaten with it. Leaving it completely would i think make the process much faster, bht then probably will only be able to continue it for few months to a year at most.

So ridiculous. How did I get to 8% body fat eating carbs while deadlifting 465 and squatting 405? Perfect blood markers? I was eating 300 grams of carbohydrates. Carnivore or keto is fine if you need it for autoimmune issues but it's nothing magic or special.

He gave that to you in the most succinct way possible. Watch it several times and take notes. Go through your pantry and ditch the flour, seed oils, sugar, bread, cereal, and all the ultra processed stuff. And yes, you will substitute them with healthy foods like meat, eggs, cheese, asparagus, broccoli and so on.

I just want to lose those 6kg I got since last summer
With aging body changes but it’s also because all I did was staying sat watching anime and reading books while eating snacks and drink lot of Fanta and wasn’t in the mood of drinking water (pretty weird since from a young age I always drank around 2 litres of water per day) so I drank like 4 cup of teas to hydrate but the thing is that I put 4 sugars in each tea so it’s stupid but I can’t not put that much sugar in it
Since I couldn’t neither go to school nor go outside because I wasn’t psychologically ready/okay/stable (my meds didn’t work anymore so I was afraid to go out and get seizures, im epileptic)
I was pretty shocked for gaining weight because I’m someone who doesn’t gain any weight at all, I also eat snack etc because when I don’t I just lose weight, I really wanted to stay at 59/60kg 61max
I really didn’t know that my body would change this much in my early 20s (I’m almost 24 and gained weight during last summer so 23yo)
Anyway I just love sugar and thought that during Ramadan I would lose a little bit of those kgs I gained, since during Ramadan time I just get full when I just eat a little
I will private myself from sugar for a month or two only to lose those kgs then return to my sugar life, my new medication works so I can peacefully go outside so move and not gain weight (like mini exercises, go back to my normal life)
I also wasn’t aware I gained weight since I didn’t see any changes on my body, just recently I felt my my tummy is a big fat
Also I know it’s stupid to quit sugar since once you lose your weight you’ll eat it again but I don’t try to become slim, I just want to be like I used to, I also hope my body metabolism didn’t change and that the kg I got came just because of the lack of « exercising/moving/walking etc)
I anyway eat less sugar because I got bored of it, so instead of stopping it I’m actually just reducing it but I’ll just stop it then go back but only as I am eating it now
And I also don’r really have a choice since I think I have a cavity and always forget to take an appointment to my dentist
