Hi great video. My wife and I are undecided on the C11 with the cadence sensor or the C21/22 with the torque sensor. We currently have 2 Fiido D2S which have cadence sensors which are ok but sometimes seems you aren't putting in enough effort. I've seen a few videos of the C21 where they go up a hill and they seem out of breath at the top does it really not give you enough assistants so it's not too hard? We do enjoy going out on a bike but not going up hills hence why we got the D2S for when we go away in our campervan. We don't mind putting some effort into it but don't want to struggle going uphill what's your views?

Well there’s a number of factors that will affect you going up an hill
1/ the torque output of the motor the bigger the more help you get as we are in the Uk you can only have a motor of 250w so the torque is key
2/ how much you weigh the more you weight the less power you will get out of the motor
3/ how big the hill is !
4/ is it geared for road or mountains the bigger back sprocket ⚙️ the easier it is

Hi appreciate your answers. It's more to do with the comparison between cadence sensor and the torque sensor. As I say our D2S bikes are brilliant and have always got us up hills Bowden hill in Chippenham for example with an average 6.6% gradient was a challenge for the little bikes but they got us up to the top 2.24km.
If my list of factors are the same you will not notice much difference between
T sensor or not 👍
I do like the look of those, nice neat looking bike with a very stylish display. D did you say if they had gears and power levels, or just different power levels? My first ebike was second hand and had those handlebars and the rear stand right at the back. I didn't like the feel going downhill, it was almost as if something was lose and a bit wobbly - okay on the flat, but not nice downhill. Also that stand catches on the kerb if you have to hop off one - and it caught on the raised up bike path when going onto the road too, so no good for me here, so I bought another ebike.
Yes it has gears and different power settings too they are great ebike our friends had theses of us to take on the back of their camper 😍😍

Needs to be up by 8 cm say? 8:48' Box of Chocolates' ..luv it! 11:40 Them guards are the most awkward critters', made in Lancashire I think. 13:25 Me and My Hound have a 'bike lane/ people walking path' next to our field. It is so awesome to hear the tinkle of the bells as riders pass. A bit like daffodils. 15:30 I said earlier that her saddle was too low! Every pedal, she pushes her bum back, and it is uncomfortable duhhhh? All her moans are due to that simple adjustment 🙂 Be honest though ... You both are crackin' :-) brilliant

So confused now toss up between Heybike ec1 and fiido c22 ohh dear new to e-bikes and I need lightweight for my aged rusty back. I live in hilly beautiful wales so range and hill climbs are essential. I was thinking of the of a heavier bike but I just know I struggle with my current bike that’s 22kg. Any help please 5’5 14st keen to get up those hills without slipping a disc. Thanks

I think you need to look at the spec of the bikes you like the look of and meet your budget if it’s between EC1 and C22 if I recall the battery is bigger in the EC1 hope that helps but they are both great bike 🙏👍👍

Has anybody got a C22 and is shortish, ie 5ft 2in. The website doesn’t give you a height guide really just all the various bike measurements.
My friend got the bike in this video and she’s 5ft and she love the bike 👍

Hi there there not a CE sticker on the bike there’s a QR cord that takes you to the website where you can see all the specs there a CE mark on the instructions book and the charging unit too 👍 hope that helps
