My Lord, she discusses the exact symptoms I had (and still do) the only difference is my chest pains turned into nocturnal panic attacks. But through constant exposure and watching this very helpful channel, I'm slowly getting out of this three year rut with at times pretty intense anxiety. Thanks for sharing this video.

That’s good and all but what about the never ending brain feelings. All these issues seem pretty normal like a racing mind and heart palpitations. What about the scared feeling mixed with a constant feeling in the brain almost like the brain has the flu. It’s not a tight headband sensation or anything like that? Like head aches and chest pain are so classic what about these weird brain feelings. I’ve had them for years

I been having these too sometimes it's like a dull ache in the middle of my head or my brain feel like it's jerking if that makes sense there's this sensation of something running sometimes it hot...

Focus on that brain feeling, fully feel it, notice its there, and see it the same as pain as if you broke your leg. Then just leave it and go on with life. You notice it in the background and dont care about it. That mentality goes for any other anxiety symptom you have. When you are in this state of free flow then all symptoms should lessen (over time) to a more tolerable degree that comes n goes. Some people are more sensitive n get anxious more often but when in the state of free flow it doesn't matter because whatever you feel comes n goes.

Please make a video of numbness. I'm not understanding whether this numbness is a side effect of the vaccine or it's from a panic attack please Shaan clarify for me thank you.

I don’t think he can clarify that , check with your doctor if it might be the vaccine.

Think less and less each day. Just stop. You control what thoughts you engage with. And then only automatic thoughts that flow n go will be left.
And then just feel everything. Whatever I feel don't matter. But I'm not in my thoughts anymore.
