I noticed on your video the way you put the nylon washers back into the pump, the last one with the concaved edge the opposite way to how you described it earlier in the video. like the rubber ball idea, saves messing about waiting for silicone to cure. Nice solid looking pumps.
Can u gimme a link to yr actual pumping video plz Paul? I'm an experienced pumper, but never been brill at pumping blacks (blow lug I'm ace at though :) ) so always on the lookout for pumping vids :) Cheers

+David Woodward sorry the thing didnt give me chance to finish....."see if theyre better than a home made big fat silicone washer...just use regular bathroom sealant,build it up in layers inside your pump or itll seal itself and never set.
It is impossible to get a good enough flat surface when cutting a rubber ball. spent a lot of time and money searching for a bloody rubber ball. Just make a mold and fill it with silicone, all this fafing about with rubber balls. LOL

A simple direct way to describe nylon washer arrangement would be domed side against the sponge aiways . Great instructional video .
