I have really enjoyed the build. You are a good fabricator. Myself I wouldn't have put the teeth on. I would have left it Blunt. In case someone falls against it.
Set up the air wash to come in at the bottom of the window and have the draft blow up into the secondary combustion area(not in the tubes but a small supply) at the top. Make that intake narrow so you get a minimum air to keep a fire lit. The heated air from the initial fire also helps pump the draft going up the flue.
Just a thought, do you have access to Case tractor junk yard, maybe you could find the actual levers to install instead of the wrench, and Case articles? Maybe the next one
I bet you could find a heat resistant clear coat to save the way it looks right now, just wire wheel the smoke spots from welding and let it rust a smidgen then clear coat it.
One other thing, if you take a cable and run it through copper tubing you can bend it. Replace the cable with a smaller diameter cable and you have a cable lever system for your doors.
Coolest stove ever built, amazing.
Bead blast it...or wire wheel. At any rate, raw steel and let it do its thing. Awesome work! I hope it exceeds expectations!
Awesome, watched all 4 parts, excited to see final and install/use in your buddies shop!

Thanks. We did consider the teeth being a danger but we decided the coolness factor out weighed the danger.
Looks Great! Love the safety first! Snowboard goggles and all!
100%
Getting the geometry on one pass is impressive. That is more complicated than it looks to design. Enjoying the series and waiting for more house work.
Thanks👍
So cool! Looking forward to the next video!
OOOOOOAH He's such a cute and manly stove. he needs eyebrows over the blower vents and monster teeth in his mouth/ door.

Never mount your hinges without a seal in place and seam your seal at the bottom cause it's less likely to leak
leaving the way it is makes it loam how it would being used condition it looks like it just got retired 👍👍 from australia 🇦🇺 very cool 😎
I could of let you have some fine thread nuts. I only have thousands of them.😄
Nice job.
Leave it the way it is!

Wire wheel it, then build a huge fire in it and apply blo to the outside.
Don't paint it. 👍
High temp yellow paint. Maybe high temp red accents for the letters.
Let it rust outside then clear coat it
Paint the inside and exhaust black. Add some yellow paint randomly on the outside and let it burn off.
300 for flat glass?
Rated for 1500*F….yes
Carbon-Oxide conversion coat or Parkerizing. It will be a dark black or grey and you have no paint burning off if you get a really intense fire.
I gotta start looking at the dates on these things....
Powder coat. Black bottom with flames licking it as if it were a black cauldron. Maybe the grim reaper grasping his bowl, ready to have a puff.

That metal door handle is going to be too hot for a bare hand. Perhaps a wood grip to the side and away from the stove body.
We are going to have to find out.
Don't paint it caterpillar yellow turns orange with heat
DON'T PAINT IT LEAVE IT ALONE
I hope you just Clear Coated that piece of art.
