Technically I don't think they could just call a trooper to write the ticket since he wasn't there to witness the person speeding they couldn't write a ticket. They have to see it happen to write a ticket or it's like a normal crime and would have to get a warrant.

I was with a friend in Vegas and we got an Uber.It was the pricier Uber but not like super car pricey.We wanted to go to a club.A white Audi R8 shows up and took is to the club.We immediately got ushered past the line and through the VIP entrance.We really where no one any more special than any of the people in line and we where kind of puzzled for a bit.We got ushered to a table and I was like since that just happened it is a Grey Goose bottle service kind of night.The club was awesome and played the best music.It was an after hrs club and the music was not like normal techno club music.We had such a blast.Thank you Audi R8 Uber guy💓

i've been building and driving classics for over 40 years. i have 4 right now.. i have never broken down. or been left stranded anywhere..you don't know what to look for when buying a classic..obviously you can't fix them or you wouldn't be pushing them...maybe you should hire a guy in his 50's 60's that guilds them to look at those classics before you invest in them..my daughter has tried to get me to do an uber with my cars but the fee won't pay for the gas..she says they'll love it and tell others but i don't want dirty shoes in my cars...

Some states are set up that any police officer that has passed the acadamy in that state has statewide jurisdiction. Federal lands are tricky but some agencies have agreements with federal agencies to enforce law on federal land. Also some local agencies are even trained and certified to enforce Immigration law but that is often up to the county sheriff.

Somewhat close to where I used to live there was a 3.5 mph speed limit with the bolt for attaching the sign in the middle of the decimal point so it was very unlikely you would see it if you didn't know it was there. No one in their right mind would have gone 35 down that road, but 15-20 was pretty reasonable. IIRC it was because a deaf kid lived on that street that couldn't hear cars coming, and it was a short road that didn't see any through traffic so a low speed limit wasn't going to cause any sort of delays.
