    Thank you ma'm. I'm suffering from pcod from last 5 years. Everytime with medication I got my periods. But there are many side effects of medication. I stopped medication and I missed my periods from 2 months and I tried this yoga for 2 days.
    Day 1:- No Result
    Day 2 :- Got periods😊 at Morning
    It's amazing.

    I followed this video for 2 days and finally got my periods on the 3rd day . To anyone suffering from irregular periods , do all these exercises with a very positive mindset and drink ginger water every night . This worked for me.

    I was not getting my periods since 3 months. I did several exercise but nothing favoured me then helplessly I took medicines for 10 days only. After taking those medicines also I didn't got my periods. But this holy grail yoga video saved me in 2 days only. I did this yoga along with some other yoga videos only for 2 days and Today I got my periods finally. 😭😭😭 Honestly speaking I didn't followed any diet plan but just increased my water intake and used to take jeera jaggery or turmeric with warm water in every evening that's it. Thanks a lot for this video. ❤️😭 THIS VIDEO HAVE WONDER HEALING POWER ISTG. 😭💯

    I m so freaking amazed.. i did this yoga after reading comments.. evryone was claiming that they got their periods in 2 days.. and m not gonna lie.. i did get my periods just in 2nd day of yoga😮 i m shocked as well aa happy.. i got my period after 2mnths and 20 days 😊

    Thank you Didi, apne simply samjhaya. I missed period for two months,then it is normal since march. That time I took water soaked ajwain,dhania one spoon turmeric and gud chai, it recovered. Mera Weight normal se 3kg jyada hai. Ye samasya fir se na ho, isliye abhi is vedio k sath hi maine ap ke bataye yogasan shuru kar diye hein. You are a perfect Yoga Teacher
