Tommy's Trains - Cramlington Railway Station (featuring a great Crossover)

- More trains at Cramlington Station presented by the wonderful Tommy on an unseasonably hot afternoon. With being short on time after school, we rushed to our local station to catch as many trains as we could squeeze into an hour. We should have more time tomorrow so will attempt to visit Morpeth Station.
The first trains we saw, a Cross Country and a TPE crossed over and we almost had two crossovers in a row but the Lumo and Azuma only just missed each other by seconds.
The normal freight train arrived pulled by 66755, the first time we had seen this engine. Unfortunately, a 2nd fright that was due was cancelled so we didn't get to see that.

👱🏼About me
My name is Tommy and I'm passionate about trains and planes. After seeing some older boys creating videos of trains at my local station, I was inspired to give it a go myself and with the help of my taxi driver, I mean Dad, I hope to travel around The North East, finding cool places to record all things rail, air and as I also love ships, maybe nautical. I'd love to hear your feedback and any suggestions of interesting places to visit for my next video.
A wonderful day. The triple tone had me thrilled, too.
Yeah, that was fantastic from the driver 😊
I love your access to the timings of even the fast through and freight services and you posting them on screen - and trains sometimes arriving early!
I reckon the neighbours must know when you are around from the horns being sounded.
Haha yes there is a care home next to Cramlington station who I hope don't mind. Tommy's Mam can hear the beeps from our house despite it being around a mile away 😂
Thanks for watching 😊
@@Tommys_Trains For the first 19 years of my life we all had to share a house with paternal granny ( so much for "homes fit for heroes" even after WW2 ) with a line across the road owned by the then British Railways used by Southern Region third rail trains, London Transport fourth rail trains, steam powered freight and passenger trains and regular stock movements. I would happily fall asleep each night watching the electrical flashes and hearing the distinct sounds of each type of train and wake up in the morning to the same. Somehow you just got used to it.
I've been watching Tommy for a bit now, whenever im sad I usually come to his channel. Props to tommy for helping me cheer up
Thank you for watching and for reaching out. We're amazed people watch our videos nevermind that they help people. I'm so glad we can cheer you up and hope that there are a lot more good days than sad ones ahead ❤️
@@Tommys_Trains No problem!
Lovely age, and the best pastime ever. Promise me that when you’re dads age you’ll keep waving at trains!
I just hope that I (Dad) am still allowed to go with him when he's my age 😂
0:00 hello Tommy btw good video. This deserves a like and subscribe to new people.
Hello and thank you so much 😊
I think Tommy should be the John Lewis Christmas Ad!
Love this idea 😍😂
He reminds me of The Lorax but with trains instead.
"I speak for the trains"
We're not familiar with The Lorax but will give it a watch 😊
Think you'll be taking Tommy down to witness a new Tyne & Wear Metro when they start rolling out into service?
Absolutely, we've seen one or two being tested but cannot wait to ride on one 😊
