they look good together as in shape wise as I think the class 58 was designed off the class 20 I've always thought! nice video of these 2 beasts together 🥰
A very nice video well done great camera work as usual I am really looking forward to seeing your next video I hope you get a nice video next time also when is your next video going to be on TH-cam bye for now Philip
Great to see a 58 out on the rails again but how do they get away with the muck they chuck out.. if that was coming out of a diesel car exhaust you would get pulled and fined.
@@davedear929 They get away with it because they use the same diesel as farm machinery, ie' Red diesel...37's chucl a fair bit of "muck" out when they start from cold especially...
Excellent footage 👍
Thanks for sharing this footage! what a great video of a Excellent locomotive!
Very much missed in The Netherlands
Greetz Bjorn

Lovely to see.
Fantastic Video 👍
Would love to see that 58 in it's original 1980's Railfreight livery.
Must be getting old. I remember a cab ride in, i think itwas 58003 when brand new on a visit to the midland railway centre.
A 58 and a 20 hauling 7 coaches, not bad...well caught on camera, I know that vantage point, filmed from there myself...🙂👏👍

Big smoke !
This was 3 months ago..... 23 didn't run on the mainline, it was towed.
It was indeed - I’m not saying any different. Lots of people have been asking to see the footage again so thats why it’s here. 👍

just lovely seeing a 58 again great video
Great to see some of are 'old' loco's still plying their trade !!
@cjs083 but they're not, they're museum pieces.
@@steveluckhurst2350
What cjs083 meant was good to see them running again on ANY rails, even if they are Heritage ones...
Is 58023 mainline registered?
I don’t believe it’s registered to run under its own power currently.
Why ? Railtours or commercial freight !
Not to be shown to Greta or Ed Miliband.
Smokey pile of crap.
Not a fan of 58s then?
@richardmarshall4322 not really. Not my era !
58s and 56s should banned from the mainline, nothing but polluting tin cans.
@@RaggyAl1971 Oh? And what about 37's and 50"s with all the crap they belch out, partivularly on cold start up...
On it, great day that was 👋👋🫸
