Hello, I love all your videos, new fan here! Thank you for making these! 3 ideas for your upcoming videos and or courses: 1. A Gear Video breakdown for your all your hardware used to create your song "She's Plenty" : headphones, monitors, interface, microphone, treatment, etc. 2. A step by step breakdown and possible flp download and plugin chain for your beat mixing on "She's Plenty" 3. A dream wish: full flps with all wavs and automation and preset choices for your song "She's Plenty" ... Willing to pay $$$ for that insight into your production.
Yoooo this is sick, That low end cut is critical to get things loud! If you're making a club banger then you need it but for radio hits like this you really don't need it and the gains you get are insane
3:44 Let me take a note here - its better to use linear mode in case mid-side encoding (sound clear, it don't messes with phase differences of mid and side inf.), at least it's worth a try. In mastering its almost any case true. and also i noticed with eq overall very important to wisely chose mode (mid-side or left-right), since the content in the mid and side channels (as well as in the left and right) is different, the equalizer affects a little differently, due to this, the stereo image is preserved or it changes in the right direction, it sounds more natural. In mastering again - very important. also cut lows by default its big no-no for sure, at least not by such a stipe filter and without awareness. don't widen low frq. its debatable too, but for rookie best to don't mess with that stuff, and in same time if u know how and why rules work, you can circumvent the rules or even break them in some way. If you check low end of popular songs, u can see almost all of them have something in side channel.

Most definitely! Some daws are more suited to certain parts of the workflow for sure, but it’s definitely possible to create from start to finish in a single daw! 🙏🏾
