Kalen sounds like a genuinely caring coach. The story about him encouraging Jalen to celebrate his wins - that’s the type of coaching this generation of athletes responds to. Our guys, especially on defense, had so much trouble managing the anxieties related to the game. In the social media/internet culture era, perceptions turn on a dime in a much more tangible way to the players. Managing that confidence is even more essential now than it’s ever been. I think this new staff is really equipped to build the guys up the way they need. Happy to have Kalen and Jalen! RTR and great interview!🐘🌊🐘

@@jarvisharris31 Yes last year was way too up and down for emotionally and mentally because our team lacked so much discipline and hopefully this year it will be different. We got to master the fundamentals. That Auburn game as well was almost a nightmare with the horrific mistakes by the center. I know live near Pasadena and losing to Michigan because of a terrible hike by the center was nonsense. lol
