  • #How to make healthy oatmeal muffins, gluten-free, dairy-free, perfect for breakfast and desserts.
    Ingredients:
    1 cup oatflour
    2 tbsp ground flax seeds
    1 tsp cinnamon powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 apple ( slice half in small pieces , and grate the other half)
    3/4 cup plant-based milk
    2 tbsp oil
    1/4 cup agave syrup (any sweetener) adjust to your taste preference
    1. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients
    2. add in grated apple, plant-based milk, oil, agave syrup, apple slices
    3. grease muffin tin with oil
    4. Pour batter into the prepared muffin tin
    optional : sprinkle some walnuts
    5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C/350°F for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
