Omnitoad. If it won't start from a dead start you need to adjust the shims for the cams. Tps typically don't ever give an issues unless you moved the set screw for it.
If you put Loctite on the cam Tower bolts you're an idiot the only reason why they came loose is one you had them snuck down and you forgot about it or two they weren't properly torque down been doing this for 30 years and never have I ever use Loctite in those areas but you go right ahead and put some in there
Hi I have and YFZ 450 R from 2009 with fuel injektion. I have put in new piston and rings new intake valve and seats. I have shim the valve but it is difficult to start it when its cold. I have tryid with new batteri from my bike, it will only start when I put on start cables from my car. I have tryid to put wire directly from batteri to starter without any different. Do you have a idea what it can be Best regards Michael
You would have to bypass it, not just disconnect it. I think it would just have the wide open throttle fuel map all the time. Probably boggy on the bottom end.

What's the Worste they could happen?
They won't come out mess up threads, anything, get some in motor, anything. Just not supposed to be in there that's why there are specs
