- Went for a gather of oysters, tried for some crabs and ended up getting lucky on the fishing. Add some inanga from the freezer then cooking all these delicious treats from the waters.

just did my very first boil up tonight, and wow... all sorts dripping off my beard rn, luckily i have puha growing wild in my backyard, so no need to go and find it- thanks for showing me the light
used what i had after watching your videos and getting hungry, so a couple of pork chops, some crackling, cocktail sausages, fresh garlic, carrots, potatoes, green beans, broccoli, and managed 3/4 of a bag of fresh puha from my yard, without killing the plants, just taking leaves. springs approaching, i want my puha to stay, i don't think you can go wrong with a boil up tbh... and it is friggin amazing!

Great fun though,he decided that it was a good idea to give me a casting lesson....I was all eyes and ears. Unfortunately the guy in the boat about 40 meters away wasn’t to happy when my sons hook,line and sinker ended up in his boat!! Lol bloody priceless!! Your so right brother... enjoy life!! Use rice flour cuz. Then shake off the excess with a sift. They will be crispy as when you micro fry them

Chur bro. I have a secret spot with punnet size oysters bro. They might be at your spot too bro. . . . . .check for a "blade" sticking out of the sand about 6 inches deep into lowest tide. They never see the air. Also. They are by them selves, not connected to the mangroves. Might look like a random dead leaf edge in the sand . . . .untill you grab it and pull it out. Worth a look bro. Trust me. Palm size. They get massive!
