Some more info:
Timberline ‘only’ comes with 2.3L turbocharged engine at 300hp & 310 lb/ft torque
And a 10-speed automatic transmission which keeps the engine in the power band when one needs to get out into the traffic lane quickly.
The interior is ActiveX which is easier to clean than leather and the fabric center in the seats allows for a faster heated seat for those really cold days when one wants their buns toasted.
The Timberline has 8.7 inches of ground clearance (1”higher than other Explorers models)
The Timberline has heavy duty front struts & heavy duty rear shocks.
The Timberline has a limited slip Torsen differential w/ 3:58 gear ratio.
The technology package will give one more speakers for the B&O stereo, power folding mirrors,
& power folding 3rd row rear seats & more power ports.
And, the 2nd row seats are also heated w/individual control by those sitting there
& the usb & usb-c power ports for those with laptops💻or cell phones📱cup holders, too.
Also, Timberline is available with heated steering wheel.

NOPE - only the standard fee for processing all the paperwork
“Walk Away” from any dealer with markups.
There are other dealers that do not markup … even Shelby
