Great score on the Waterloo, 7 drawer, mobile tool cabinet! The vintage Weller is an excellent brand soldering iron (made in USA). You might try WD40 to remove the tar on the drawers.

They are for commercial use and are good knives. The black handled one is a cimeter (or scimitar) knife that butchers use to process large pieces of meat into smaller retail cuts and the white handled one is for processing produce I think. That's a nice soldering iron there. Weller used to be made in the USA. The early models were made in Easton, PA. It's owned by Apex now. I think they moved the Weller plant over to Germany, where they're engineered; knowing Apex, they're probably having them made in China now. I loved the story of the find and running into a subscriber. Awesome stuff! Great haul! Keep the content coming. Hopefully, SK puts some good deals up soon. I keep checking their website.

That looks like a proper Waterloo box. They made a lesser line for Craftsman, like the rest of yours. I can't decide if I like you getting all this cool stuff that younger people should be able to buy or happy that you are saving it from scrap. If I do the Scoutcrafter challenge mine will be sheetmetal. I am so busy not sure I have the time though.
Those knives look like they could be butchers knives. My uncle owns a meat locker and they look close to what he uses. Also he’s told me the plastic handles are for easily sanitizing them.
The knives are probably for a butcher ( the black handled one) and or a produce merchant (the white handled one). The knives and the soldering gun alone are worth the 40.00 you paid for the box and contents! You thief......🤣🤣
