I just did mine and have the following additional information: - On my scooter, the required hex key is 5 mm not 4 mm. - To withdraw the axle, it helps to squeeze the forks together, and it'll slide right out. - A few PSI should be added to the tube to give it shape before putting the hub halves together, to make pinching the tube impossible. - When installing the new tire, side matters. Make sure "DRIVE ->" arrow stamped on the tire indicates the forward direction of rotation. - The bearings don't need to come out. - The silver spacer should be placed in between the hub halves. Keep it perfectly centered by sliding the axle in while screwing the hub halves together. - When screwing the hub halves together, grasp the spokes and not the tire. Otherwise, the tube will move and the valve stem will be pulled out of place. - Inflate to 50 PSI. This truly is a well-designed scooter. They thread-locked the hub screws (they used something very heavy, but I used Loc-Tite Blue). The axle nut is a nylock.
For those sent here by Fluid Scooters, you need to really BANG the axel to push it all to one side. It isn’t two pieces. It was really confusing and took my some time to finally figure it out.
@@diospyro6751 the bolts are sealed with loctite threadlocker. You can loosen them by applying heat through soldering iron. If you don’t have solder then just apply WD-40 thoroughly and leave it in the sun for 30minutes. That should loosen it up 👍🏽

I cannot get the screws out of the tire wheel once it is off my scooter. I used an electric drill with the proper bit but they wont budge. any advice?

You can pretty much just look at this thing and tell it is well built. You get what you pay for, this is a premium priced scooter.
What if I have a tube with a straight valve stem the one is bent I can’t fit a pump on it when it’s installed in the rim and tire
You need to get an 8.5" inner tube with a 90 valve stem. If it's a straight valve stem, you won't be able to get a pump on it.
Split rim. This is so much easier compared to m365. I almost pull my hair out when changing those suckers

It only takes 5 mins to change out the front tube. The rear tire is solid so no need to change.
