Which are the screws that hold the joint to the horizontal main frame? One of the screws at 2:10 broke but it seems they are not connected to the joint, they just keep the "case" together
If I have problems with the scooter shutting down after going over bumps or even random shut downs would you suggest to replace the controller or the DC converter?
Hi is there a speed limiter I can cut or remove to go faster. Or is there a way to go faster I already have the p settings adjusted to get as much as I can but it won’t go past 24 mph can you please help me go faster zero8
@@FalconpevSg thank you for your quick response. The thing is that I saw a big spark flying and heard the cracking sound when I disconnected the charger after a full charge. Could the controller be fried?
@@ventilator2999 big spark is not so bad. Check your connector to see if the leads are burnt. Then isolate the controller from the battery and make sure it’s ok to charge.
@@FalconpevSg one of the 3 connector pins actually melted a bit…I will open the scooter up and see if it starts up after your suggestion ;). Thanks again so much for ur advice
I have a zero 8 scooter with a speed limiter. I want to remove the limiter to use the scooter on my property (sweden). Can I remove the limiter by a similar process to the one showed here, and disconnect it?

@@FalconpevSg Bangkok bike tours has a valid point, i have a zero 8 and have vibration in the deck, now i know why. It is a great scooter, but the wiring and placement of the controller is very amateur and low quality, definitely one place where corners were cut.
Dave K the vibration is not due to the placement of the controllers. The zero 8 has solid rear tires which causes some vibration. That can be solved by using a better suspension which we are trying to do.
@@FalconpevSg It does seem like maybe the spring shock mechanism is indeed what is causing some of the vibration. Interested to see what you come up with for improvements, my zero8 is almost perfect, but still a little harsh with the solid rear tire.

Should be battery issue

Hi guys, is there an equivalent tutorial for Zero 8 Pro scooter? Which kind of controller should I buy to increase performances?
Is yours 48V or 52V?
My scooter is a Zero 8 pro and it comes with a 48v 15.6Ah stock battery
@@ceccolaqualunque1665 you can try to fit a 25A controller if you want
@@FalconpevSg no risks to fry the battery??
Does the Zero 8 have a fuse somewhere?
Mine shorted out due to what seems to be a faulty charger
No fuse. You may have to wake the battery up by unplugging it from the controller and plugging it back in. Or take a new charger and plugging it in.
