Charter internet issues

this one of the reason i not been able to a lot of live streams or get online and play recorded on 4-23-17 recorded in full 1080p on the cannon powershot sx530- hs update issue been fixed and now we have the time to time outages that we can't control that will happen with any provider as no provider is perfect

Dealing with it right now aswell. Same lights and everything. It’s has been out for 2 days and I’ve tried calling my service provider. They left me on hold for 3 hours lol.
