I get that Bellroy sponsored the video so you have to give them a plug, I own a Bellroy. But it has contrast stitching and a logo on front and wording inside. Those were your big no-nos, yet you just glossed over it. :(

Great video as always! One question: ¿whats your take on puffer jackets (without the hood)? I live in southern chile and in Fall/winter it get quite a bit of rain and cold. I Was thinking of it as a layer piece but unsure how to style it and with what jacket.

I read liked this video. I’ve been a very satisfied owner of a Bellroy Note Sleeve (RFID blocking, but not the designer edition) for almost two years. One of the things I really liked about this video is that it had a good balance between the reviews of material and craftsmanship with the internal compartments, of which I thought the briefcase reviews could have used a little more.
I personally recommend the Fossil Steven Front Pocket wallet. It it small, making it easier to carry around and it is made of pebbled leather outside and inside has a nice contrast of colour. Suitable for men or women with less cards to carry.
Thoughts on The Ridge Wallet and other similar minimalist wallets?
I personally own the Note Sleeve and love it!

Love your videos. However, could you guys do a bit more research about leather products in general. If you could possibly tell the tanning process of the leather since it plays a huge role in aging of the leather. Lastly, could you cover more boutique brands which do handmade wallets.

I feel like a magnet on a wallet phone case would damage the internals of your phone. Also logos aren't that big of a deal and RFID isn't expensive. There are plenty of cheap $20 wallets that have it.
im looking for a new wallet, since my flapboy slim (Jaimie Jacobs) is not holding up nicely :( with the corners coming loose.

I generally don’t like logos on my stuff either but I do enjoy my LV flip card holder. It’s like the CF one here. I’ve found leather wallets get mangled in my pockets and they look more distressed than having a nice patina. The canvas is great on the outside and the leather on the inside is very nice. Plus a logo on a wallet is much less noticeable.
Great choices, but my go-to has been the Zippo® Engraved Name Money Clip & Credit Card Case from Personalization Mall. I'm a cross-body guy, but this fits neatly into my front pocket, so when I want quick cash or a card, it's handy, but doesn't really change the look of my jeans/chinos/dress pants.
Could you guys also review wallets with a coin pocket? I'm from Europe and we all have tons of coins to carry around, so those without are literally useless here. Please!

I like the phone wallet by This Is Ground but I am not sure it will fit my Note 9
Herschel Wallets stretch out. I’ve had 2 and the same thing happened to both of them. They stretch out the point that the cards used to actually fall out. I’m using a Bellroy wallet right now, I think it’s actually a business card holder but it works great as wallet. I’ve had it for a year already and it’s starting to get a really nice patina.
I like the first one. Two questions. What about a dedicated passport wallet, preferably leather? Also, I like green tones in stuff. If I could find one, would a dark green wallet be too garrish for every day carry?
Artino Collection RFID front pocket wallet on Amazon is the best. Great amount of compartments while still being ridiculously slim. And only 20 bucks. Highly recommend!

All splendid choices ! Agree on this "logo thing" , Breguet Watches way back made their watches with no logo on the dial. The name Breguet was inscribed inside the case. I guess the "logo" is now for many years is just internalized marketing. Great video !
Personally I like wallet that has more handmade look , I had so many wallets in the past but my favorite one is from ashland leather called bugs moran which made from shell cordovan, it’s basically the most premium leather you can have ,it’s expensive, cost me around $225, but it’s totally worth it.
Great video and recommendations as per the usual! Although not cheap at $130), the slim wallet by Anson Calder (HT to the Modest Man for this one!) has been great! Slim, minimal and holds all your cards :)
If you want something cheaper check out the brand secrid. They are a dutch company and they make (in my opinion, beautiful card holders) wich are also rfid protected for a lot less......and they last for ages if you take care of them

wheres the hermes wallets at?
card wallets are less cool for retrieval of notes. Eventually you will still need a another bi-fold to keep the notes. ideally storage of coins should be taken care of by the card wallet

Almost no one in the U.S uses coins. We just don’t use them over hear.

Big fan of my saddleback leather ID wallet. Minimal and thin and all leather and pigskin without any fabric and a lifetime warranty
We tested them but they were really bulky and the design was not to our preference. Can't beat that warranty though!

Secrid is great af. The problem with bellroy is that it doesnt hold up after a few years, and they aren't exactly the only ones doing slim wallets anymore

The Bellroy Note Sleeve offers it actually. Am surprised they didn't mention this. I know because am using it at the moment. Also consider their Hide and Seek version which also features the coin pouch, but its more pricey than the Note Sleeve
