I fucking love this band, and promote them to anyone I can. But I have not seen this, you all beat me to it lol. Watching with the homies, having 3 beers then bed lol. Also I feel like Slash is the best example of the first person, and may not be chat don't judge me. But for me it was Slash, he blended that Clapton and SRV for me

Mark is the modern metal shreddy guitarist- yet very musical too , while Myles is very a bluesy and at times jazzy classic rock style (think David Gilmour).
Both playing together in AlterBridge is priceless!

Mark Tremonti is one of my favorite guitar players same with George Lynch 2 heroes of mine with a 🎸
And Tremonti can sing like Sinatra! Check out his new Christmas song album too.

You guys should check out a young Myles Kennedy towards the end of the movie Rock Star.

Keep in mind not only does Myles sing & play guitar with Alter Bridge he does the same thing with Slash in his band Slash & The Conspirators. Thats probably where he gets his bluesy playing style from cause Slash is a blues based rock player.
Myles played blues and rock licks far before he was with Slash.

Myles was a talented jazz and blues player before linking up with Slash. he started out in a Jazz fusion band called Citizen Swing before Mayfield Four and he was a guitar teacher prior to that. Myles has even taught Slash some more advanced jazz techniques.
Myles doesn’t play guitar with Slash, only on a couple of songs. Myles has always been a jazzy/bluesy guitarist
Just can't figure out why Americans aren't more in tune with this great music. Europeans get it. Americans don't.
