Quick and to the point… this one is perfect for when you don’t have a lot of time and want to get in a quick heart pumping cardio session. The music is great and the faster pace coupled with big movements gets the heart rate up fast and keeps it there the entire time! 😻

Followed up by Miley and if I remember right Kelly Clarkson might have been in there!! 🤩What a great workout and great music!! I am so thankful to have found this channel!

Was glad this was only a 30 minute class. After playing my first outdoor soccer game in the field on a wet grass, thick grass my cardio and legs were tested. I need to become more of a cardio queen for a bit to get back in shape, but a 1/2 hour was perfect. Anna Banana!
I love the go, go, go of this workout. I was able to use one riser until the 20 minute mark. I took it out for 6 minutes and added it back in for the "put it all together" section. Thank you!

Step is back baby :) I taught it through the 80s and 90s…. Then had kiddos and switched to soccer and tennis. But oh how FUN you are! I am inspired :) ❤❤❤

Fast basic is still my favorite style of step workouts. So fun! I think I'll be feeling my glutes tomorrow with all of those lunges and my double risers!
In just 30 minutes, I'm dripping with sweat! For me, these workouts have become a perfect warmup before playing Pickleball as it helps lessen the chances of injuring my muscles. I'm always amazed at your creativity & changing up some "standard" moves. Thank you, Christina! 😃

Absolutely loved this! Just the best fun! Went to a concert recently and danced so much - would never have had the confidence to do that before. Think doing step has helped me find my rhythm and fun spirit.
