One thing I love is the fact that "basic" never means "easy" with you. Sometimes I start one of your basic 30 minute thinking about repeating one or two segments to make it longer, but then my body tells me those 30 minutes were more than enough for the day. So "basic" actually means less choreographic but more athletic. Quite like Gin Miler's classics... and such workouts are my absolute favorites. Thank you and congratulations once again, Chris.
I've never heard of fast basic step until you...I love it 30mins is so covenant for me with my lifestyle but these type of workouts feel like 15mins and I love it...from N.C. thx 4 sharing now I have to whip all this sweat off and get back hydrated 🚰👟👟💐 FYI: I got over 5k steps on my fitness tracker after doing this workout 🙌🏽

2nd class. This has become one of my favorites for a short aerobics class. It's easy to follow but really pumps up your heart rate! Also, you will have a blast with Chris (as always)

From one 62 year old cardio queen to another- for years all kinds of cardio was my focus because there is immediate reward and gratification. I'd throw in some strength and stretching here and there, but I was bored with it and didn't have much time to spare. Late last year I started routinely bringing strength training into my week. At first I was bored and because there was not an immediate result I was constantly battling with myself inside my head. Less than a year later I crave strength training, maybe even more than I do cardio. Slowing myself down for strength has unexpectedly made me more patient for stretching and Pilates (The Girl with the Pilates Mat on TH-cam). I finally have a good balance of cardio, strength and stretching. I went from holding onto no dumbbells to as much as 10# dumbbells (depending on which muscles are being worked). Stretching is a bit of a struggle because I'm not very flexible and I think my body always wants to return to the flexibility limits that it became used to, but when I am stretching I can feel the release and see that at least in the moment my flexibility has improved. Chris Dorner's easy to follow weekly format helps me stay focused!
Loved the music, Easy to follow, great sweat! Starting my morning with this one..Time to get ready for work... I soo wish I could take my step w/ me on vaca.. but I'll be very limited to space. Always always always the best medicine! Now feeling great and energised and SOOO much brighter in my mood. Ok, this one, LOVE! Repeater 7, straddle curl, squat double pump, WHAT, it’s all my favorite Chris moves. With that music! Come on! This is my go to if I need motivation to get moving. Usually, like yesterday, I feel so pumped after, I did a 50 minute full body strength. Btw, you changed my life. ❤
