This was so fun! Liked the short strength segments, seemed to make it easier to get through! Loved the fun and upbeat music. Speed was a little fast for me for the step but that is ok I can look for a class with a slower step speed on your channel! No problem! Thanks for organizing this, Chris!

Am I the only one who likes the strenth segments more than the step? i say, switch it up next time, 3 minutes of step and 5 minutes of weights! Anyway, this is such a great format. An absolutely thorough full body cardio workout that leaves you feeling completely spent!

Wow… this was fabulous! I’m still a bit nervous about doing upper body as my back is freshly healed, so I went a lighter than I normally would and it was perfect. Got through it with no pain. This was the perfect way to ease myself back into some strength. The combinations were great too! Thanks Chris 🫶

I loved the beat and strength segments! I modified a few movements , I prefer not to go over the step; still a fun, sweaty, and upbeat workout. According to my watch an active calorie burn of 250.. Thank you again!
