Hey mate, thanks for the awesome vids. Im currently trying to diagnose my sister's 2.2 2013 diesel CX5. It has code P2662 and no boost abd dpf dash warning. It has a new pressure sensor and hose is clear. Something odd that it is doing is when I start the car the wastegate flap (the one at 4:18 in this vid) opens, then snaps shut, the opens and snaps shut, then opens and stays open. Is this normal operation? If I clear the codes and read live data, the "regulating valve position sensor" reads zero (should be around 19). As the car goes through the sequence of that wastegate opening and shutting it changes from 0 to 18, but then once the wastegate stays open the regulating valve position sensor reads -327 in red and the check light comes on. I have also changed and tested both vacuum solenoids under the battery and the same thing happens. Would you have any potential suggestions on where to check next? Thanks
Hi, I had a wastegate problem with the turbocharger. The entire turbo was removed and rebuilt because the blades were deformed. I assume a piece of the screw that holds the wastegate plate fell inside. Where should I look for the rest of the screws since they weren’t in the turbo?
Have similar issue, the code is P2263 the turbo is regenerated from 10k just checked and the cover is ok. Wondering if the air pump work only with low boost pressure or all the time as the car drives ok when is over 2.5 rpm (so the turbo works ok with higher rpm)

The pipe you need to clean is a bit different to our one. You will need a blow torch to heat that pipe up and then an air gun to blow air through it. (You need to remove the valve cover to NOT melt it!!!!)
Im not familiar with the system hence bear with me, but it would be great if u can explained on how the walnut media able to travel and stuck there tqvm
as we were doing the carb cleaning, it gotten into a vacuum line and gotten sucked back to the pipe of the vacuum pump, that's how I think it happened.
