Great run. My personal opinion is that you need to take more time and let the claws stop moving before drop.
You gotta take the Golden armor when you have 2 hand of Midas with 65 coins you would get 12 automatic free block
If you're looking for specific items, stop skipping and reroll. You have insane gold gain, might as well make use of it to get what you want.
