    Have you seen the Real Lemon packets? They are dried lemon and citric acid. I add it to yogurt and it makes it very lemony. They also make real lime, and I use it for Mexican food. Because it is a powder, it doesn’t make the yogurt runny.

      I buy them for my daughters to flavor their water. I never thought to use it in food. That's a great idea.

    I am so frustrated I too am messing up at night. I Do So Well all day and now all of a sudden last month I am ruining everything at night. I med I take makes me hungry at night. Thank-you for
    saying you also were having trouble at night. Please give more ideas. Thankyou so much for doing this video.

      I hear you. It is still a struggle for me but I feel like I am getting better about it. One main thing that I do now is have air popped popcorn made ahead of time. Most times now I will see it and reach for that rather than the chips or other snacks. Also I have been working on upping my protein through out the day which I noticed is making me feel more satiated most days. I hope some of this helps. Thank you for watching.     You make me laugh. What your kids left you ate, and I understand. My Granny had 15 kids, and she had to stop eating what was left….she was 4 foot 10 inches and got up to 170 lbs doing that. I just wish we could go through the day without thinking of food so much!
