The Inverted MOBO is stupid idea. Basic upgrades like RAM and SSD shouldn't be this much Technical.
I thought they were upgrading the board of an HP laptop with the motherboard upside down. This is even worse with hard soldered RAM. This is the very reason I avoid HP and was a big fan of the Acer simplicity of upgrades. Looks like those days are gone. I have an Acer travel mate and it has trap doors on the bottom. a couple of screws and you have the RAM to upgrade. Five minutes or less and you have upgraded the RAM. It was a little more difficult with the Acer Aspire to remove the entire bottom, like this one. Once it was removed you had complete access to the RAM and Hard drive upgrade with included clips.
My triton 500 se can have upgraded ram? Even if its at 32 and has 16gb for vram. Would it benefit at all from upgrading it? Also how many Mah is the battery?

i just got the 500 se and am looking to do this today and almost got more ram but got it with 16gb but only 500gb of memory (3 games at most) to a 2 tb 970 evo plus. Best buy has a 500$ off sale on the laptop and 100 off on 2 tb.

I'm having a issue where my triton 500 se shows its fully charged but when I boot it up it won't turn on or make the on sound and the blue light that indicates it's on shuts right back off this is the second time it's happened is there any fix to that or reason why that happens???
I had this same issue and had to send it into acer. they had to replace the motherboard

The m.2 is the ssd you get 2 i have the i9 and rtx 3080 ti and it came with 4 tb storage

Is anyone else having problems with booting up the device once I oress the power button the keyboard light up but the screen is black. I have same device as the video.
I had the same problem. Did you update the intel drivers? For me that was the problem. Connect an other display en re-install the driver from the acer website. After that it should work!
