Clock speeds don’t matter as much as the timing so while the clock speeds might be faster now the timings are about the same

Well, it will have the watermark on it, for a simple reason: The person who has to activate it will be the TeraBrite guys, because it's their machine. When you build something on commission, you only send them the printed activation code, because during activation of Windows 10 they will also have to decide if they want to join it with a microsoft account etc. Linus only used a preinstalled image before for testing the rig. And why activate a windows for just testing the rig?
