ps: are you living in Sweden?! if yes - OMG i can't wait to visit Lund again (and Malmo & Stockholm) :'(

@@sherendev Yes, I live in Stockholm. I moved from another country here many years ago, so I understand the highs and lows of adjusting, learning a new language, working in a different type of culture, etc. It's tough at times but also really exciting too! Isn't it?
Anyway I look forward to your new apartment tour video.

Yesss totally agree! I didn’t really think about the fire safety back then but that super makes sense😳🤯
I moved out mainly because i need some good sunlight during the day... though I really like the design & how everything is brand new🥺

hi Jenna, actually I moved out already (since last September) :c so I don't know how I can show the layout hehe but you can actually go to 14:15, I kinda film the layout :D
But yes, I do think this landlord cares a lot about the bathroom - it's a very decent one for such a small studio haha

I loved seeing your tiny flat. It gave me lots of ideas for the tiny flat I'm hoping to buy - for example, the ventilation box in the shower area which also supplies warmth/heat. I loved that. I loved that it was a separate shower and toilet, not an all-in-one (wet area.) I loved the induction cooktop w just one burner and even a hood! The flat I want is the same size. Thank you again for sharing. I only wish w all the videos out there, you could see the whole place, (layout) but I know it's hard to film being so tiny. Oh, and I loved the fact that you used your handprint to get in and a code! No key. Thanks again and best wishes in Hong Kong

Hello! This one is in causeway bay :) the deposit is usually 2months rent price. You can find an agent (might charge agent fee) or directly in touch with a landlord. Usually they will ask for employment contract or visa too.

omg that would depend on everyone's lifestyle. like your house location will impact your transport cost to your office, for example. insurance most likely will be set up by the company too.... and food, that depends if you cook / if you buy outside. so i really cannot tell the number, sorry!

You can go to the link in my description box or pinned comment - i have put 28hse.com and an FB group!!😊
