I am 14 and I went on a solo trip for 30 days exploring the unexplored in India!
This 1000$ will help me get my hard drive fixed which had over 2000GB worth video files of my travel stories from when I was 14 and I went on a 30 day adventure alone on India meeting new people and sharing their stories, backpacking and hitchhiking whilst exploring the unexplored!
My hard drive which contained all the video files was corrupted and I couldn't afford the hefty fee for retrieving the files as I am still a student!

5 days later, they went from 126k to 141k subs. Crazy growth in less than a week . That is 9.4 % of their overall.
*I discovered something:* The first time I watched this video was on my phone and the mid-roll ad worked (2:30)! So, I then watched this again on my laptop (same account), and TH-cam gave me an on-screen banner! It seems like the algorithm gives re-watchers less invasive ads!

As a fairly seasoned youtuber I continue to occasionally watch “how to TH-cam/Adsense/expand your business” type videos like this, even though I feel like I know evrything and there’s nothing left to learn. But this video in particular does a really good job in breaking it down for as many people to understand what they need to do to grow their channel/business. Let me give you a back story on how I made it. The story goes like this:
Obviously, we're in quarantine and have nothing to do besides holding our phone in the front of our faces for several hours STRAIGHT. Now, I live in the Philippines, and life hear is pretty rough, to say least. And my mother is an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) and single parent. She needed to go abroad so she can sustain our financial need. She's been an OFW for 13 years.
What I did to help her, since my tuition is a substantially expensive, I tried to open my own business. Since I've developed my skills during those times we're in school, I decided, why not use it. I've been the graphic designer of our school for a year, not being paid, all for my initiative as a student-leader. I take it seriously, I got various awards by doing it. Enough to make mother proud and not regret leaving her 2 sons.
Since I have a substantial amount of knowledge about graphic designing, I started to work as freelancer. And I started my clothing brand, with no money in my packet. With the of 3 friends, we manage to release our first drop, having no money in the line. And now we're still educating ourselves. And you guys helped us. At least, for now, I can support my own needs, while trying to reach my degree.

How do you guys' not have surpassed at least 1 million, this channel's stories are mesmerizing to watch and listen to. It just seems like they put so much work into their channel without getting noticed. They do get noticed but not as much as they deserve.
This has made me feel so much better. I thought I was failing because I am making around $100-200 a month in Adsense. An episode on how to find a manager to get you deals would be amazing.
