It was such a great experience for me to be at the Sandlane Recording Facilities in Rijen (North Brabant, NL) together with Simone, Mark, Coen, Isaac, Rob and Ariën, back in July 2012. A fun fact is that since then, EPICA has been recording their music in the exact same studio. At first, I didn't even know that their producer, Joost van den Broek (who used to be in After Forever, just like Mark, Floor Jansen from Nightwish and Sander Gommans from HDK), made the orchestral arrangements for "Forevermore". When I saw that in the credits of the episode of "Niks te gek" (Nothing too crazy), I immediately asked him for his confirmation, and it turned out to be true. :-D :-D :-D
