You'll love that boat! I purchased my Carch in blue. It was between Jonny or the Catch. Jonny gives you just the boat. This boat is a one man bass boat. It's factory wired, real transom Mt, scupper plugs, 360 seat, and you can go gas or electric, wirh, bow and stern wiring and the Motor plug-ins are awsome. That's time and $$ right there. They're fun as hell with a 2.5hp outboard, I also added the offset paddle holders(2 for stability) to my track/handle, and mounted low profile tracks to the rear on both sides , have an anchor cleats one in front and one on rear track mounted for my anchors , great little yak/boat

We wondered if you knew of any kind of adapter that would make it so we didnt have to strip the motor wires/connectors? Thanks again - super helpful video!

Thanks! I wish I saw your video before attaching the seat; the instructions wasnt specific what to attach first; wasted hours!. Attach the swivel to the seat first!!! then to the boat attached bracket (on the bottom)! Also bought the same trolling motor; in the mail. Looking for Railblaza accessories; esp rod holder. Gonna mount a paddle bracket somewhere.
Yea I wanna get both of those, I really like the railblaza offset paddle bracket too( that way doesn’t block the rod holders) just order my fish finder while I was on vacation can’t wait to get that hooked up and take it out in the water for the Marian voyage
I took it out the other day for four hours, with constant throttle alot at speed number 5. Still had battery left. Next time ill be sure to measure how much it actually used
I just ordered this yesterday. What shaft length for the trolling motor did you get? Or what length do you think is recommended? I ordered the minn kota 30 lb thrust but I only got the 30 inch shaft version. Is that long enough or do I need 36 inch?. Thanks and good luck with yours.

Trolling motor option was the best selling point. Has a 450 pound capacity and is extra wide. Plus there is room for my fish finder transducer.

Yes depending on the type of motor you buy, make sure it’s not a 24v motor
You need to get that new vessels brand 55 on thrust that’s made for kayaks, it’s like a 24” shaft

definitiely add a 3# portable anchor (if you dont have a trolling motor).

I use the 30 inch shaft with no problems
You could also grab a 24 inch shaft. Mine has a 30 inch and i rarely have it down all the way.
Appreciate it thanks both of you. I'll try the 30 I ordered. If I ever need another down the road the Newport vessels 24 should work too great.
