@@jamandeming2273 those are not legendary effects just special paint, they are unique kinda.... but not legendary, this video is about legendary power armors

Xo-02 suits the hellfighter, the quantum set especially with a jet pack. But I mostly collection set just for the frames if it’s not at last xo-1 sold most of what’s on your list

How did you change the Marine armor helmet though?
In the place where you get iveys power armor you can get x01 but it’s locked behind expert lock
That tesla set is that after you need to build the robot workshop?
Typically yes, you have to go through the Fort Hagen satellite array to get to the raider boss wearing the PA set. Just make sure you go through the dungeon like you're supposed to, and don't try to use a PA jetpack to skip the last part before the boss fight. If you do it could glitch and not spawn Ivey (the raider boss).
1:11 the Piezonucleic PA chest only spawns as T-45 or T-51 variants, despite the preview window displaying a T-60 torso piece.
1:57 its not the best piece of PA bc its Raider PA, but it is glitched. The Hydraulic Bracers mod on the armor is actually a T-60 mod, and can't be reattached to the Tessa's Fist once removed
3:07 the Tesla PA set is a must have for anybody doing an energy weapons PA user. Besides the dmg boost, it just looks cool
4:48 a PA VATS build would be interesting, and the Exemplar's, Visionary 's, and Honor PA pieces would definitely be welcome. I'll have to put that on my list of builds
4:56 not a really useful effect, but its legendary PA so why not rock it?

The last power armour do t forget when you collect all the star cores you need to turn on the nuka world power which means completing the main story and u do t have to take the ride for the second last power armour you can just lock pick some doors and your there
Or do the glitch which is really easy
Technically I think you only need to start the main quest, then you can run off to the power plant ASAP and you can allegedly do the rest of the playthrough in the park with the power on
7:03 Just a Quick note about the Star Cores... I know for a fact that this is happening on PSN but may also happen on XBox and PC... If you have been collecting them before the Quest for "Power Play" - As I had... When you finally start Power Play which you must do to get the very last Star Core... Any you collected from the Galactic Zone will be put back where you found them!
I had been very deliberate and was using IGN's Website to keep track of all teh star cores I had collected... I had 34... I only need the one that comes after you do Power Play - But as soon as I had instigated Power Play, 5 VANISHED from my Inventory and they all ended up back in the Galactic Zone Grounds!!! Something Bethesda decided to add with a Patch but LORD KNOWS WHY! It is STUPID!!!
what about the 2 sets of armor from the far harbor dlc?
Those give you the Vim paintjobs. One green and one red. They can only be applied to T-51's
2:40+ why u have tesla t60, we have tesla t45 or u dont put this armour yet and dont see bug... (exactly we have t59:D but its t45 tesla PA pieces)
I don't use power armour as I can carry a lot more without it and when you get above level 100 your that strong that you will hardly die at very hard level
you do know that power armor negates the weight cap right?

It can actually lower your strength and overall carry weight.
That's the reason I just don't use it.
@@jacklovelock1953 um ... no... it does not lower your strength..... and it does in fact negate over encomberance, its seriously one of the perks for the power armor frame.... no idea where your getting it lowers strength
@@xaigothit negates the effects of any clothing or armour you have, so strength increasing armour no longer does anything.
It takes 10 seconds to test that you are talking complete bullshit.
@@jacklovelock1953 and your talking complete bullshit, once again weight is a nonissue of the powerarmor frame itself, and you can get powerarmor pieces using paint modifications that buff strength and other stats so if your not using the paints and complaining your trash regular gear is not working and lowering your strength its kinda your fualt
