@@rick419 Rick - of course women had rights - but from your comment it seems you were not alive and/or awake 50 years ago. Sexism was very acceptable 50 years ago. It was a way of life, and not many people thought twice about it. Not saying that is a wonderful thing, just telling it like it was. And 100 years ago - sexism was not acceptable? Give me a break. Just because women got the right to vote does not mean that sexism suddenly unacceptable like the flip of a switch. What is considered sexist today, was not considered sexist 50 or 100 years ago. The definition of being sexist has changed. I am NOT saying that the change that occurred is wrong - I am just saying that it happened. Look at any movie or TV show from 50 or 75 years ago, and you will see things that no one blinked an eye at when they first saw them, but when looked at now they are truly cringeworthy with our modern sensibilities in place.
