Easy Simple Windows 11 Boot Loop Fix | Try This First

right after i got the latest windows update my pc started to boot loop or you might say turn on and off, on and off when trying to wake from sleep, turns out its a problem with the windows power plan, something must have happened during the late Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems for windows 11 but changing to this power plan fixed the problem. pc not booting, pc turning on and off repeatedly after windows update
