I upgraded from the 11 pro max to the 14 pro max a big upgrade for me I’m gonna pass on the 15 because I got the 1TB IN storage so I’m not gonna upgrade until they come out with something that’s ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
Did the exact move! Loving the 14 pro max, not entirely new but everything is better. Will skip 15 and upgrade the next time the front design changes
1TB gives me plenty of room for storing my adult videos.
My first iPhone was the 7 plus cans go small now.. it’s only up from here lol and I give my old stuff to my kids. So it’s still being used

the dynamic island is ok but none of the third party apps use it as of yet so it’s mostly things that’s installed from apple that use the feature. The phone itself is beautiful as an Apple lover lol I’m not gonna say it’s not but again I had an 11 pro max. I was gonna get the 13 last year but held out and I’m glad I did..
honestly it’s the users preference I like the 14 I like the purple. The camera bump is bigger and I like it again user preference.
I had the gold for a long time rose gold to gold then purple.
The 1 TB was pricy but I’m not upgrading for a while. I also have the 2 year Apple care..
The phone cost $1986.00 so yeah not upgrading for a while. The 15 getting usb-c isn’t enough for me to upgrade again not even for a new color.

My friend and I bought the iPhone 13 Pro Max and 14 Pro Max on the same day. Mine is the 13, and my friend has the 14. Comparing both, I realized that they are indeed very similar. One thing I like about the 14 Pro Max is the Always On Display. I can forget about the Dynamic Island, as it doesn't really add much function. However, I can see people buying the 14 Pro Max to show off that they have the latest iPhone. Camera-wise, both are the same. The Action mode works well in good lighting but performs poorly in low light. I'd rather use my DJ Osmo gimbal for better results in such conditions. Overall, both phones are great.
At first I thought Dynamic Island was so silly and unnecessary. But now I actually really like it alot.
I use the action camera when chasing the little ones around outside all the time. It makes those impromptu shots much nicer.
i am just now upgrading from the iphone Xs Max which i’ve had for some years and i actually wasn’t going to upgrade but i destroyed my display working on my car. and everyone in my family (including friends) we’re telling me i needed a new phone. so now i’m rocking the iPhone 14 Pro Max! and not going to lie i love this phone! it’s very different from what i’m used too.. but i’m definitely going to be keeping this phone for as long as i can

I upgraded from the 8 to the 14 Pro Max. The update is huge and am loving it. Only thing I don’t like about the 14 Pro Max is that Sierra Blue is not on it. It’s such a great colour. I ended up getting Space Black.
i agree i have the 13 pro max in sierra blue but i’ve been tempted to upgrade to the 14 pro max but people keep saying wait 3 months for the 15 🤣 i always go with pro max though cause they’re better imo!

I have upgraded from the iPhone 13 Pro to the iPhone 14 Pro Max last week as a birthday gift to myself. I absolutely love the new dynamic island notch and i love the deep purple color. The one thing that was a dealbreaker for me was the battery size. Overall, this is the best decision i made to get the iPhone 14 Pro Max

I have my ip12pm, I can take all the pictures and videos i want. I don't have any problem with it. iOS 16.4 works the same for all iPhone 12pm, 13pm, and 14pm. Dynamic Island doesn't mean much for me. I hope ip15pm will be little bit different. But all I can see the only differences are USB-C and zoom 5x. I usually use wireless magsafe chargers and not zooming my pictures or videos anyway, it probably doesn't matter much to me.
I used to change phones every year, but now since the upgrades are so gradual I am on a 3 to 4 yeart cycle. I've had the 13 Pro Max and love it, battery still at 97% health and easy a 2 day phone with moderate heavy use. I will wait probably for the 16 unless the 15 has a gamechanger feature for me. 🐬

Upgraded my xs to the 13 pro for storage and battery life. I could have gone for the 14 pro but i figured storage is most important nowadays and 13 pro 1tb made more sense to me double the storage for 100 bucks less. I’m never going to take advantage of the dynamic island or the 48mp camera so i say i made the right choice for me. I suspect the 15 pro is going to get a price increase too. Either way still super expensive but ill take the savings where i can and i just feel I’m getting for value for my money.
I used to change every single year but since 13 Pro i skipped 14 Pro and waiting for 15 Pro. 13 Pro is a champ in every single way.

currently having my ip xs 512gb and it’s throttling especially at low battery but planning on replacing it’s battery while I’m still waiting for my ip 13 pro max. Anyone here upgraded from XS to 13 pro max? how’s the experience so far? Not going full force (ip 14 pro max) because i think it’s not worth it and would rather invest the excess money to other stuff. 😅

I didn't upgrade, I've studied Apple's cycle in terms of specs, hardware and software, I had the 11 when it came out then got the iPhone 13 pro max on release date. I'm glad i stuck with it, the 14 pro max has no HUGE changes from the 13 line up, other than the always on display and dynamic island.
That phone slip in the beginning actually made me flinch.

Hi good review I just upgraded from the 13pm to the 14pm the display on the 14pm is slightly more narrow than the 13 pm I’m sending the 14pm back as don’t like the slightly narrower display,no one seems to mention that fact in any of the reviews!!

🐬Fernando, I've got a 13 Pro Max, and have had it for around 15 months. I've kept in on my Apple MagSafe charger or plugged in almost 90% of the time because I'm homebound. My battery life hasn't lasted as well as yours. I'm at 86% of capacity, and was hoping to last until the iPhone 15 comes out by end of year. I'm also trying to decide whether to replace the battery in the meanwhile especially if I keep the 13 as a spare. What would you suggest 🤔?
My battery health is at 88% on my iPhone 13 pro max and I was thinking to replace the battery and keep my 13 pro max as a spare iPhone instead of trading my iPhone in for the 15 pro max

Same here every 3. Went from xs max to 13 pro max. Still have the xs max as a back up. It’s running iOS 16 and honestly I can’t complain for the age of the phone
I still have a xr from 2018 and I’m looking on getting a new one I’ve waited too long.
And that's the best option. No matter that apple gives 5, 6 years of updates. Buying new phones every (minimum) 3 years is a way to go.

I'm still rocking the 13 Pro Max only because it's hard to get hold of one even 6 months after its release here in the UK. Now I've totally lost interest in the 14 Pro Max and it's probably a good thing as the battery life on the 13 Pro Max is much better.

I’m team iPhone 13 Pro Max in sierra blue 256gb I did want to upgrade to the 14 pro max because of dynamic island but after a few reviews and trying it out at the Apple Store I figured it wasn’t worth the 1200 bucks I was going to pay I’m looking forward to the 15 pro max but if the features and the design is the same I will be sticking with my iPhone for another year 🐬

I did and regretted it ….was not happy 😒 same near speed same phone size same camera set up same phone build … same same same … the 1099 $ wasn’t worth a slightly better screen and camera wasn’t life changing at all
i still have my iPhone X and looking for a new one. Either iPhone 13 Pro Max or the 14 Pro Max. Dynamic Island is cool but i guess you are right - after a while you will forget about it.
So one last thing for me is that Always on Display. I dont know if i really want that or need that as i also have an Apple Watch SE. That also has no Always on Display but if i would have my iPhone in my Pocket or so, i just look on my Watch and have the Info about Time etc.

Very nice video. I want to switch from Android to iPhone. I found 13 pro max 72k INR and 14 pro max 105k INR deal in used market . Can you please guide me in choosing between these two. My use of phone is normal like TH-cam, Facebook WhatsApp. Appreciate if you can assist me in choosing between these iPhone or should I wait for iPhone 15.

Is it worth to get the iPhone 14 Pro Max for a first time iPhone user or will the iPhone 13 do? The prices in my area has dropped significantly this month and I want to take advantage of this. Ironically, I'm not a first time Apple owner. I've owned Macs & iPads & even an early adopter of the iTouch. Never an iPhone though.

@@dilannarine9252 it's good although I'm regretting the 48mp camera. Not very useful for the everyday casual photography. 200mb photos and I only have the 50gb plan. Not to mention my isp has slow asymmetric uploads. Everything else is just "okay" I guess.
The always on display is what drew me to 14 pro max. IMO it’s worth the upgrade.

hmmm, still do not know which to get. Guess it will come down to price. I have an 11 Pro Max I am thinking of handing down to someone who is still using a 6s Plus. Actually, with that in mind, I need to know which is easier to replace the battery in. My understanding is the 14 has been made into a proprietary nightmare...so that definitely tilts towards 13.

Just upgraded my iphone 6s to 13 pro. Its great. But, i keep wondering if i took the right decision to buy 13 pro instead 14 pro. Because actually in my country, the price of 14 pro is a bit cheaper than 13 pro. I got the 13 pro because some review tells that overall its better than 14 pro. Just enjoy your current phone, there is no difference at all, and I also prefer notch than dynamic island.
These phones are almost identical, you would not feel that you upgraded your phone

Certainly an interesting viperiod basically. I'm using it to scout as I prepare to purchase the iPhone 15 pro Max and just wanted to see how much of an upgrade there was from the. 13 to 14 as it will probably be similar from the 14 to 15 with the exception of the periscope lands period of course. The periscope lens is the whole reason I left iPhone and went to android. . The S21 ultra with a 100 times zoom absolutely blue the iPhone out of the water for some one who's outside and likes to. Take photos of helicopters and airplanes and things in the distance. Having said that from reports. I'm getting the tables will change and iPhone will be able to match. The Samsung was a 100 times zoom perhaps of its own? I once owned the 11 pro Max so I'm sure the 15 pro Max will be significantly better although how. Much better than the S21 ultra? Was using 12 pro for over a year. Thought of shifting towards the 14 but that just didn't felt right with me as i have used pro model for over a year. So shifting back to a basic 14 felt weird to me so now just bought a 13 pro max and couldn't be happier. People should just go for 13 pro , 13 pro max , 14 pro or 14 pro max if you are coming from earlier pro models.
Even though there are some tempting features in the 14 Pro, it’s not worth upgrade from the 13 Pro. My wife still clings to her 12 Pro Max.
I use the 12, normally I upgrade every other year but my operator does not yet support esim. The 13 pro/max May be the best upgrade for me at this point. Also, I feel like I don’t need to upgrade as I like the 12 and have no major complaints.
