What happens if it jams inside what do we do?

I have not encountered that yet but I found this on the web Unjamming a Scotch laminator typically involves carefully removing the stuck material without damaging the machine. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
1. Turn Off and Unplug the Laminator
• For safety, switch off the machine and unplug it to prevent accidental operation.
2. Allow the Laminator to Cool Down
• If the machine has been running, let it cool for a few minutes to avoid burning yourself on heated parts.
3. Locate the Jammed Area
• Check where the laminating pouch or paper is stuck (input slot, output slot, or rollers).
4. Use the Reverse Function
• Many Scotch laminators have a reverse button or lever. Activate it to back the material out of the rollers slowly.
5. Gently Pull Out the Jammed Pouch
• If the reverse function doesn’t work or your laminator lacks this feature, gently pull the material from the input or output slot. Be careful not to force it to avoid damaging the rollers.
6. Open the Laminator (if possible)
• Some Scotch laminators have an easy-access design:
• Check the user manual to see if the top panel or cover can be opened.
• Open the laminator carefully and remove the stuck material.
7. Clean the Rollers
• If adhesive residue is left on the rollers, clean them with a soft cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
8. Test the Laminator
• Plug the laminator back in and run a test pouch to ensure it’s working correctly.
If the laminator remains jammed or shows signs of damage, consult the manual or contact Scotch customer support for assistance.
