  • Hello Friends!
    Today I'm sharing with you all an unboxing and review of the Scotch thermal laminator. It is my first time ever using a laminator at home and I'm very pleased with it. Down below I have attached the Amazon link to it. As always, thank you all so much for your support!

    Opening the tray on the back can be a little tricky! Check this short I made that shows you exactly how to open and close the back tray 🤗 th-cam.com/users/shortsW65i5tjU_5g?si=Fn1BmN-C36TQMvYT

    Thank you so much for the video. I live in my car and I have struggled to hold a regular job (serious trials and tribulations with demonic attacks). I started making stickers by printing out art that I made on Canva, cutting it up and using parchment paper and tape from the Dollar tree to seal them. I've now gotten this same laminator and I'm going to start making laminated art and bookmarks. Jesus is holding me through it all but the past several years have been tough. I appreciate the unboxing and review!

      Keep your faith on Jesus, he will continue to perfect his work in you. What a great business idea! Don’t give up! I wish you the best in all you do 🤗 I’m so glad you doing the video helpful! God bless you!

    I have a TL901 that's about 15 years old. Yours says TL902 on the bottom, and they have really made some improvements on it, like the fold-away feed tray, the cord winder, the handle on the end, and something you didn't mention, those rubber feet on the right end so you can store it standing up (assumably).
    Thanks for showing this.

      I love this laminator! Omg I didn’t even realize the rubber feet 😂 thanks for pointing that out 🤗I always just keep it stored back in the box.

    Thank you for your video. I'm glad you made that mistake with the feed tray. I was having the same problem because I didn't know to raise it up before trying to feed in the pouch. I am liking this machine!!! Thank you again!!!

      🤣 it’s so good to know I wasn’t the only one Lol! I love it. I’ve been using it for a year now and I love how quickly it heats up and laminates 🤗

    The 2 sample pouches and the package of pouches-- neither say a thickness. The instruction booklet says to set to 3mm for copy paper and 5mm for cardstock. I wonder if this is a new change.

      The package I have always used says 3 mil, the scotch one I use has the number right next to where it says letter size (unless they changed how it looks) and the pouches that come in it I think are the 3 mil too. I’ve never used the 5mil, and I’ve laminated cardstock paper when I printed my daughters letters it turned out good & never had a problem with it. 🙂

      You know what, I think I’m going to make a short just showing how to open and close that flap because it’s tricky 🤣

    Hi there you had mentioned when you finished the first one you did that it was nice and sturdy, not like the flimsy one. Which product did it flimsy?

    • @JoyfulYessi
      @JoyfulYessi  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I was referring to a big laminator that they have where I work, it uses if rolls of laminating plastic and it’s very flimsy. The sheets for this personal laminator. One out very sturdy.

    I am looking into purchasing a laminator. Do you still recommend this one?

    • @JoyfulYessi
      @JoyfulYessi  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely! This has been an awesome laminator. I have one here at home and it has been great and we have one at the school I work at, several teachers use it and it holds up very well 👍

    Can you insert the pouches sideways, and laminate 11x17 items?

    • @JoyfulYessi
      @JoyfulYessi  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Unfortunately, no. The pouch size that this one accommodates for is 8.9 in x 11.4 in.

      Mines actually holding up really well! I’ve had since August and I used it at least a couple times a month and it’s still working like it did on the first day 🙂
