The part you are looking for is a rotation bearing part # 227068 for a Dual 701

There were many excellent Dual turntables through the years. I will argue that the 701 is one of, if not the best. I personally have a 1009, 2-1019's, a 1214 (no, don't buy one), and a 721. I have about $450 invested in ALL of them combined. They all work (well, the 1214 has a headshell issue, but isn't worth fixing, IMHO). The 721 is a lot like the 701, but lesser build quality.

First off, I want to say up front that it’s a good thing to try to learn how to repair your gear.
Back in the 1970s, I was a repair tech at an authorized Dual repair shop. I worked on various Dual models through the 1229Q, which predates your 701.
Automatic turntables need to be maintained. The mechanism which triggers reject has to be triggered by a very small force when the arm runs into the leadout groove. Typically, there is a pivoting arm that is contacted by an arm connected to the tone arm. Whn that pivot gets gummed up, it does two things:
The tone arm can no longer pivot past a certain part of the record causing a repeating skip. The second is that the reject mechanism isn’t proprly triggered.
Unfortunately, some Dual models had a lot of problems with delicate plastic parts that couldn’t stand up to problems caused by gummed up works.
Again, I never worked on a 701 but the very first thing I would do is to disassemble the moving mechanical components such as the cam gear (which uses the platter rotation to move the tone arm through its start and stop sequences) and clean them thoroughly. I would test each component for free movement and then apply the correct lubricant (light machine oil or light grease). Without a service manual, I would take lots of pictures as I disassembled the mechanism.
This process is also your diagnostic phase. You need to see how the various automatic functions work so that you can identify any broken or missing parts.
With respect to your videos, as a former tech, I would like to have seen more close up shots of the mechanism which would allow people like me to give you better advice on what to do.
