I grew up in Reston (1980’s). I’ve been back twice since, and to the town center development once. I’m not sure I could find my way around my old hometown!
It's fascinating how much Reston has changed over the years, especially in the Town Center area. It's understandable that someone who grew up there in the 1980s might not recognize the place today. Thanks for sharing your experience in the comments!
Ashburn use to have tons of trees. They've all been chopped down and replaced with plain data centers. Any open space in Ashburn usually goes to a data center developer now.

Wow - didn’t know about those nice lake view properties. I’ll keep an eye on those properties - good views and spacious lots are the rare in Nova
