Close to 66 and Lee Highway too! Fast trips west to blue ridge mountains, but still close to the rest of DC and Nova

Oh God what did i just fo? I,signed a 15 month lease in Falls church. I moved from Minnesota where my 1 bedroom was $800. My shitty falls church studio costs $1,500. 😢😢😢

Don’t be embarrassed. I’m one person and i don’t eat out at all it’s all groceries and two times a month take out. I only try to buy healthy food which is expensive. I literally was shocked that i spend 970 a month on groceries and two take out a month. Cost of groceries especially healthy foods are too expensive now a days it burns my budget every month

My Audi takes Premium as well, but it only need 91 Octane and not the 93. Check to see if your BMW falls into the same category and save yourself a few bucks on a fill up. Every little bit helps.

That Reston area is so fucking stupid. Whoever planned that area should be fired. They tried to make it like a MUD (RTC), but they've planned it like the boonies. Reston will never be a proper urban MUD, and the only clientele will be Google and Rolls.

I bought my Fairfax house in early 2021. Everyone said I was crazy. 1.8% interest rate! Then the value immediately shot up. It’s been up over 30% ever since. I’m surprised the price isn’t coming down.

HOAs are deff worth it if they care. We have an HOA in Sterling that doesn’t care about maintaining anything and don’t do anything to prevent dumping or having large trash in backyards and it’s terrible. So now I would love a strict one that actually cares!

Great video as always, David! In terms of data centers, sadly, these are now going to start to encroach on neighborhoods especially with them now developing them along Belmont Ridge Road. Smith Switch road divides the data centers from that neighborhood over there. Over on the other side of 267, Metro Walk will have a clear view of the big Digital Reality and QTS facilities. Thankfully these data center developers took into consideration noise levels so you can't really hear the humming of the generators.

Seems like you spend about $10,000 a month to live there. I hope you are putting something away for retirement. I am glad I live way south of NOVA.

A rooftop terrace off of the master bedroom is good, but I think the other version is a total waste of space

Again the roof top is nice but not really used. The roof top needs to be more functional or maybe not added at all.

Here is the thing though, not one person uses the roof top terraces. They look nice but I never ever see anyone using them, ever!

New construction is not way more expensive. Often times it is almost the same price. Resellers are delusional and just plain greedy and heinous
