You hit the nail on the head 😅 I have been suffering from the sensation of feeling like a balloon is filling up in my diaphragm my throat, my G.I. track to the very bottom for four years following my cervical spine surgery I have been out of balance as if something magnetic pulls me to one side, the other or straight down from the bottom airway has felt like I cannot completely exhale at times huge bloated abdomen other times I discovered the relationship between my mandibular joint and pelvis, but you’re explanation of cranial sacral fluid seems more like it. I have a fluid feeling at the base of my neck between my shoulders and sacrum I have also had multiple pelvic floor reconstruction surgeries in the last three years. I tried those two techniques on myself and felt terrific release the pressure changed. I can breathe deeply and exhale. I am going to look for a cranial sacral therapist in my area tomorrow thank you so much.

I wish people who talk Cranio would speak it it’s roots in indigenous healing from the indigenous people of eastern turtle Island. Letting it be claimed by Old dead white guys when they learned it from the indigenous people starting with Andrew still is an injustice that as healing practitioners we need to do better to work towards reconciliation.
