    Hey, Dr. Berg ! You're the best , when it comes down to explaining and showing on the models! Would you, please, create a video, that would show how to do those techniques on my own, because not everyone is lucky to have someone to help you with this. Thank you, very much ! I will be waiting! Im using your very unique massage tool , almost every day right before going to bed. It does work! Thank you, for being so kind and giving so much information every day for all of us, who can't see you in your practice! God bless You! 👍🙏

    Years ago, when I had Cranio-Sacral training, still points were done at the Occiput near the base of the Cranium.
    But with this video, I'm now doing still points by holding the Frontal with one hand and using my thumb with the other, to apply pressure at the top-back of the head. This is on the Parietal suture, the same as the illustration at the beginning of Dr Berg's video.
    Still points stop the Cranio-Sacral system monetarily, so that it can reorganize itself. This has a great healing effect.
    Getting excellent results, mainly deep relaxation!

    ❤️ your videos & I like your sense of humor. I’ve been following you for a while for nutrition, this is the first CranioSacral video of yours that I’ve seen. I am a new CS practitioner but slowly transitioning out of my old career, you inspire me. Thanks for teaching me new techniques. I appreciate you❣️💙💚💜

    I am going for cranial sacral therapy tomorrow. I am hoping for concussion healing. It is used for so many things. Let your viewers know this should be very gentle. Minuscule movement is all that is needed.

    When I was married, I remember asking my husband to press on my head from the sides and I don't know why, it felt so good and he didn't understand it either yet he would do this for me and gave me much relief. I never knew what exactly was going on with my body. I do now. Thank you Dr Berg.

    My husband has several diseases, mostly nerve related. Ever since his doctor cut his pain meds, he's mostly bedridden. I've learned a couple ways to touch him, but for the most part, even a gentle shower hurts. His pulse stays over 100.
    That said, I wonder if this technique could help his body relax enough to help the systems heal a little. What do you suspect?

    hey doctor would you mind creating a video on cucumber ?
    Why you have never spoken on it ? it is a super food and many people have no idea on it.
    Make a video so let people eat more cucumbers. it does all the goodness which kale and spinach doesn't. I mean it has less oxalates and almost all the minerals.
    It has very less sugar and low glycemic index

    • @sethdeardeuff3947
      @sethdeardeuff3947 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @seoreh I’m a CranioSacral Therapist. This is not based on CST - CST is more passive and softer and is typically performed with the patient supine, not seated. The technique demonstrated in this video seems a little rough and invasive compared to CranioSacral, but I’m sure it’s still effective for its intents. I’m going to try this for myself to see its merits before I attempt it for another.
