That was great! Just finished CS1 training and am just staying fresh and gathering more information. This was a very clear and concise (and accurate IMHO) video. I'm now going to look for the other one on the OCB release!

Hi, I had a whiplash neck injury and suffered for a long time. I went to see a chiropractor for a hip issue and she asked if she could do cranial. She worked quietly on my head and neck area for over an hour. Later that day my neck began to snap and pop and crack and this continued for up to 3 weeks. It was loud noises of cracking etc and painful. I was horrified but after these few weeks my neck issue was gone. I had also had neck injury in gymnastics and truly believe this was exactly what was needed.

Look up “flow vibrate,” a new tool to help with cranial drainage, sinus congestion, and vagus nerve corridor relaxation

Take homeopathic Arnica Montana 6X or 12x after a session, 5 gms of pressure is the weight of a nickel,…Think of a butterfly landing on your tissues…anything heavier is too much for you…

The cranial techniques are designed to decompress the bones by gently pulling them outwards. This might cause some discomfort as they realign. Make sure your therapists isn’t applying heavy pressure which could cause discomfort as well.
