  • Sitka (who was in this video with us last year • Footwork Episode 1: de... ) has chronic issues with her left upper cervical, which gives her massive headaches. She has been headache-free for some time so our approach today was gentle and conservative but direct and effective.
Gentle, low-force adjustments to the occiput (C0), sphenoid, frontal, parietal, and jaw.
Below are links for further reading about cranial sutures and their function, structure, and mobility.
Thanks for watching, we welcome your comments and questions!

I have a question. I have heard that TMJ in young adults can be possibly linked back to braces during early teen years when the jaw is still growing amd forming?

Honestly, I don’t know. Orthodontia is such a mystery to me, it’s so specific and even a lot of dentists don’t fully understand. Having had braces myself I think for me it did change my jaw position. But that’s not a scientific answer! I really have no idea

Hello Sir, You have a very nice channel with highly demandable content, and your presentation is truly impressive. However, I believe you are missing a few key elements during the video upload process. This is why your excellent content isn't reaching your targeted audience organically. Considering the high demand for your content, your channel isn't getting the subscribers and views it deserves. After auditing your channel, I'm confident that addressing these issues will help your channel flourish. Thank you once again, Sir. Best regards, Rezaul Bari
